Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Provide excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
- Handle post-sales relationship management with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide solutions aligned with IndiaMART offerings.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely resolution of queries.
- Work on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of IndiaMART services to assigned clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver promised services.
- Conduct regular review meetings (telephonic/video/in-person) with clients to track performance.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 9 months to 3 years of experience in client servicing / account management / customer success / sales support.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a client-first approach.
