Education: Bachelors Degree in related field. Preferably BCA, MCA, BSC in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics .


Experience/ Qualifications:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in business application technical support
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies
  • Ability to document and resolve errors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and stakeholder management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Content testing / sanity Sanity checks and comparison between the As-Is website and the Liferay site. Validation of the data migration done. Finding gaps / data or content yet to be migrated and highlighting the same to vendor team for completion.
  • Process Audit Process study and gap analysis of the content update process setup by the vendor team for all different modules. Suggesting modifications to the process as required to ensure minimal errors and better turnaround time.
  • Content Updates Tracking Continuous monitoring of regular (day-to-day) content update requests from different departments to vendor team. Highlighting issues and co-ordination with vendor team for issue resolution.
  • Status Update Content quality checks related status updates to department on need basis (daily, weekly, etc.) Sharing reports and key charts / graphs with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Consult directly with end users to assess their needs.
  • Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports
  • Train users and share lessons learnt, best practices across project.
