Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Generate qualified leads, follow up proactively, and convert them into business deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals and solutions based on client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new areas of growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to optimize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking for effective problem-solving.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (Male Candidates are preferred).
  • A bike and a laptop are mandatory.
  • Only Male Candidates are preferred.
