Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Senior Specialist (Lateral)
Location: Bangalore, Marathahalli Outer Ring Road
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various Lateral and Leadership roles within the [24]7.ai BPO sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for lateral hires including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with operations leaders and HR business partners to understand role requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct competency-based interviews and pre-screenings to evaluate candidates suitability for BPO leadership and support roles.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate hiring dashboards and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree any specialization.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Lateral hiring talent acquisition..
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
