Shift: Night Shift (8:30 pm-5:30 am)

Job Type: Full-time

Allowances -Food Allowances (3000 after completion of your 1 month onwards )

Job Description: We're hiring a motivated International Customer Support Executive to join our EdTech sales team. You'll make outbound calls to students and educators in the U.S., promoting our online courses and learning solutions. Your goal will be to generate leads or communicate the information about the courses through effective communication and consultative selling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to U.S. leads (students & professionals)
  • Understand learning needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Follow up on leads.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year tele sales, cold calling or tele calling experience.
  • Excellent spoken English and U.S. market understanding
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours (night shift)
  • Familiar with CRM tools and basic tech platforms

Fixed Shift time : 08:30 pm to 05:30 am (Night Shift)


Fixed Week off : Sat and Sun or Sun and Mon
