Job Description
- As a Senior Principal Consultant, PM_Scrum Master at Genpact, your role involves coding, testing, and delivering high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum events, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives, to ensure efficient collaboration among team members. - Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project goals, requirements, and priorities, focusing on delivering value to customers and the institution. - Identify and address impediments or roadblocks hindering team progress, working closely with stakeholders to remove barriers and ensure a smooth development process. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, capturing feedback, and implementing changes to enhance team performance and product quality. - Utilize strong communication skills to ensure clear and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders at all levels. - Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks early and proactively implementing mitigation strategies. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications: - BE/B Tech/MCA - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Certified Scrum Master - Experience in Java and knowledge of development - Experience of running Agile Squads - Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to liaise with colleagues/clients of all levels. - Self-motivated with the ability to work consistently and efficiently to achieve goals either as an individual or as part of a team. - Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Visio. - Experience of investigating, summarizing, and presenting results in a meaningful format to clients and Senior Management.
