Job Description

As a knowledgeable Software Testing Trainer (Manual/Automation), your role involves providing structured training to learners and guiding them through real-time testing practices. Your aim will be to make testing concepts easy to apply in projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting sessions on Manual Testing concepts, such as SDLC, STLC, Test Case Design, and Defect Life Cycle. - Organizing 2-hour sessions for learners. - Training learners in Automation Testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and related frameworks. - Offering practical assignments, hands-on exercises, and project-based learning opportunities. - Assisting learners with query resolution, debugging, and promoting best practices. - Ensuring that sessions are interactive, engaging, and industry-oriented. To qualify for this role, you must have: - Strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing. - Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, or similar tools. - Previous experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is preferred. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. It would be good to have knowledge of: - API Testing tools like Postman/RestAssured and Performance Testing tools like JMeter. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Previous experience with ed-tech platforms or IT training institutes. This is a Part-time, Freelance role with an expected commitment of 10-12 hours per week. You will be required to work onsite in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.,
