Job Description
- You will be a Business Analyst in Master Data Management at Genpact, responsible for managing vendor and customer master data operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing vendor and customer master data by adding, updating, extending, and deactivating records - Highlighting SOP deviations or issues and seeking help from the Lead - Taking ownership of performance against assigned processes and key categories - Ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all master data records - Collaborating with audit teams, preparing relevant documents, and addressing audit findings - Maintaining SLA compliance and delivery performance - Raising incident tickets for helpdesk support - Participating in idea generation and improvement activities - Updating departmental procedures, tools, and metrics for the master data team - Meeting Data Quality KPIs and identifying continuous improvement opportunities Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Any Graduate / Bachelors degree (B. Com preferred); postgraduate (M.Com preferred) - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Understanding of ERP systems or relevant experience - Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (SAP, Reltio, Oracle, JDE, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: - Strong customer handling skills - Good understanding of Master Data Management activities and platforms - Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Problem-solving abilities, data collection, and fact-establishing skills - High energy level and ability to work with business units and process experts Additionally, Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with over 125,000 employees in 30+ countries.
