Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to drive our volume recruitment initiatives. The role requires expertise in managing end-to-end bulk hiring, leading a recruitment team, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to meet organizational hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters handling high-volume hiring requirements.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize hiring needs.
- Source candidates effectively using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in volume recruitment / bulk hiring.
- Prior experience as ATL (Assistant Team Lead) or Team Lead.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing across Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Excellent team management, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
