Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Insurance Back Office BPO Executive to support insurance operations. This is an entry-level role, suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in back-office or insurance processes. The role involves handling policy administration, claims support, data entry, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Process insurance policy administration tasks such as new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and servicing.
  • Assist in claims processing, including document verification and system updates.
  • Perform accurate data entry and validation of insurance-related records.
  • Review documents to ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards.
  • Provide back-office support to underwriters, brokers, and agents.
  • Generate and maintain insurance-related reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while meeting quality benchmarks.
  • Support internal teams with query resolution and escalation where needed.
  • Follow client processes, SLAs, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (graduates from other streams may also apply).
  • 01 year of experience in insurance back-office operations or BPO (freshers are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts (Life, Health, Property & Casualty preferred) is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
