Job Description
- As a Deputy Manager Quality for our Chennai location, your role involves overseeing quality assurance and control processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards by supervising QA/QC teams in Fincrime. You will be responsible for monitoring production processes, implementing quality checks at various stages, and applying relevant sampling methodology. Your product knowledge should include core experience in Fincrime ODD/CDD/EDD, Anti Money Laundering practices, and the ability to escalate and report suspicious activities to the relevant authorities. Possession of CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) certification is preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise QA/QC teams in Fincrime to ensure adherence to quality standards - Monitor production processes and implement quality checks with relevant sampling methodology - Possess core experience in Fincrime ODD/CDD/EDD and Anti Money Laundering practices - Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and control plans - Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities - Handle customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions - Maintain QMS documentation and prepare MIS reports for management review - Train and mentor QA/QC staff on quality standards and best practices Qualifications Required: - Experience in Fincrime ODD/CDD/EDD and Anti Money Laundering practices - CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) certification preferred In this role, you will also be responsible for conducting Ideation drives for process improvement, identifying and tracking KPIs and quality objectives across departments, and fostering a culture of quality and accountability within the team. Your ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for errors and escalations, along with strong leadership and training skills, will be essential for this position.,
