Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads in target markets.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and online platforms to introduce products and services.
- Explain product features clearly and answer basic client queries.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Communication or any other related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (must-have).
- Ability to deliver impactful sales presentations and pitches.
- Ability to handle mock sales calls to demonstrate sales pitch skills.
- Basic understanding of technology/software concepts.
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn sales processes.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Internship/project experience in sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Knowledge of SaaS products or digital platforms.
