Job Description:
- We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- You will work closely with HR Team to understand workforce needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles in multiple locations.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for role suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to improve employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Proven ability to hire fresh graduates across multiple locations.
- Strong skills in maintaining and updating a database of fresh talent.
- Ability to build and sustain strong connections with placement officers and students across various educational institutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of corporate recruitment experience, preferably in hiring US/ Domestic/ UK Staffing industry Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in using ATS and HR software.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence hiring decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
