Job Description
Program Manager to lead Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry. The role focuses on data quality, AI-driven solutions, technology development, and UI enhancements, with extensive use of Jira for agile delivery in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver MDM programs aligned with pharma business and compliance needs.
- Drive data quality, governance, AI/ML pilots, technical development, and UI upgrades.
- Manage agile projects in Jira: sprints, user stories, issue tracking.
- Engage stakeholders across regulatory, QA, supply chain, finance, and IT.
- Conduct weekly program reviews; track progress, risks, and KPIs.
- Present clear status updates and decision support to senior leadership.
- Ensure master data accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance (FDA/EMA).
- Foster continuous improvement, leveraging new technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years program management in pharma, focused on MDM and data quality.
- Strong agile delivery expertise with hands-on Jira experience.
- Knowledge of pharma master data domains (Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance).
- Proven experience in AI/ML, data analytics, and UI development projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
