Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source talent using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further rounds with respective teams.
- Maintain and regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Drive data-driven recruitment by tracking and analyzing key hiring metrics.
- Contribute to employer branding activities and enhance candidate experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
Preferred candidate profile:
- BBA/MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent degree.
- Freshers with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
