Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise hospital construction and renovation projects from inception to completion.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure design intent and quality execution.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with hospital design standards, quality, and safety protocols.
- Prepare project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Conduct quality checks of civil works (concrete, finishing, flooring, structural steel, waterproofing, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, local building codes, and statutory requirements.
- Support hospital-specific facility planning such as OT complexes, ICUs, patient wards, HVAC integration, medical gas piping, etc.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and assist in vendor evaluation.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and MIS updates for management.
- Resolve technical/site issues and escalate critical risks to the project manager.
