- Your Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in leadership, decision-making, planning, and forecasting in the finance and costing activities within the Supply Chain in the area of Manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder management, driving cost optimization, improving production efficiency, guiding financial decision-making, ensuring integrity of books & records, and leading process automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and decision-making support - Plan, forecast, and make decisions to align with business goals - Manage stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams - Drive cost optimization in coordination with Tech counterparts - Collaborate with operations teams to enhance production efficiency and reduce expenses - Coordinate with supply chain teams to guide financial decision-making - Ensure integrity of books & records - Lead process automation to enhance the efficiency of the finance team - Handle soft skills in managing the operation finance team - Participate in and supervise cost reduction measures Qualifications Required: - 12-18 years of experience in handling finance and costing activities in Supply Chain, specifically in Manufacturing - Hold professional qualifications such as CA/MBA/CWA - Possess strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for interpreting cost data - Ability to work cross-functionally with Technical and Finance teams - Experience in SAP environment and familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI would be advantageous - Excellent communication skills and team management abilities - Drive a culture of Responsibility, Accountability & Ownership About Siemens Gamesa: Siemens Gamesa, part of Siemens Energy, is a global leader in energy technology committed to sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy solutions.
