Role: Senior Specialist, Implementation Level 7

Location: Pune (Hybrid, 3 days office)
Shift: Afternoon (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST) t
EXP: 4 to 6 Years
Domain: Fintech / Payment
Responsibilities:

Manage multiple customer-facing implementation projects
Conduct customer calls, implementation reviews, and troubleshooting
Maintain technical documentation and manage product timely

Main: Customer facing, payment knowledge and implementation, communication
