Job Description
Greetings!! We are hiring for JIRA Specialist role for our esteemed company.
Role outline (What role will you play?)As a JIRA Specialist, you will lead the technical management of Jira, Jira Service Management and associated workflows. You will become a subject matter expert in our Ways of Working (Agile based) and support strategic initiatives, such as Jira Service Management cloud migrations. You will apply best practices to the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the Atlassian suite, helping to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.Role requirements (What you offer)8-14 years of relevant experience configuring, managing, and supporting the Atlassian suite of tools, including Jira, Jira Service Management & Confluence
* A technical background, with skills such as Python, shell, Groovy, REST API, CI/CD
* Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes and tools is desirable
* Highly self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Experience in maintaining and supporting IT platforms
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
