Management of Contract employees

Salary Disbursement Coordination
Statutory Compliance
Employee Benefits Management Coordination
Driving the entire Employee Engagement Activities
Store Level Training & Development Coordination
Handling Grievances/Escalations
Exit Formalities including processing of Full & Final settlements
Drive HR All Initiatives HR Operations
