We are hiring Technology Compliance Lead who can join us in short notice.
Experience: 10+ years
Location: Mumbai (Andheri)
Notice: 0 to 45 days Key Responsibilities:
1. Patch Management
- Oversee enterprise-wide patching strategy across OS, applications, and infrastructure.
- Ensure timely deployment of critical and security patches.
- Monitor patch compliance metrics and report deviations.
- Coordinate with IT operations and application teams for patch testing and rollout.
2. Configuration Management (CA)
1. Operating System Hardening
- Disable unnecessary services and ports.
- Enforce strong authentication and password policies.
- Apply least privilege principles for user and service accounts.
2. Application Hardening
- Remove default credentials and sample files.
- Enable secure configurations (e.g., HTTPS, secure cookies).
- Regularly update and patch applications.
3. Network Hardening
- Implement firewall rules and access control lists (ACLs).
- Disable unused network interfaces and protocols.
- Use segmentation and isolation for critical systems.
4. Endpoint Hardening
- Enforce endpoint protection (AV, EDR).
- Disable autorun and USB access where not needed.
- Apply Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for centralized control.
5. Logging and Monitoring
- Enable audit logging for critical events.
- Forward logs to a centralized SIEM for analysis.
- Regularly review logs for anomalies.
3. Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
- Lead periodic internal and external VAPT exercises.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams for remediation.
- Track and report on vulnerability closure and risk posture.
- Maintain VAPT schedule and ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
4. Compliance & Audit
- Support internal and external audits (ISO 27001, SOX, etc.).
- Maintain documentation and evidence for compliance controls.
- Conduct periodic reviews of IT systems for compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with InfoSec and Risk teams to address audit findings.
5. Governance & Reporting
- Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and KPIs.
- Present risk and compliance posture to senior leadership.
- Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
