Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Product Lead in Business Banking within the Retail Banking unit at our Mumbai office, your primary responsibility is to scope out and deliver products that align with the Business Banking value proposition. You will guide, nurture, and collaborate with the Sales teams to enhance their capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers. Your role will involve working within compliance regulations set by regulatory bodies and the bank to maximize efficiency through Product Innovation and Process Re-engineering. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating a framework that fosters deeper relationships within the Business Banking segment. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and implement the Product and Portfolio strategy to acquire new customers and strengthen relationships through various financial products such as CMS, trade/fx, and Working capital requirements. - Develop product lines that contribute to the growth of the business banking portfolio. - Collaborate closely with the sales team in different geographies to design micro-market and segment-specific solutions offering a unique value proposition to customers. - Create an enabling work environment by enhancing team capabilities and serving as a subject matter expert on business banking solutions. - Drive service architecture by integrating various channels seamlessly to support the business, including branch banking and phone banking. - Build a collaborative culture between the branch, assets team, and support structure to empower front-line teams effectively. Qualification Required: - Graduate degree in any discipline. - Post Graduate degree, preferably an MBA from a premier institution. - Over 15 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong track record of product management and leadership abilities.,
