Job Description

    Role Overview: As a Customer Support Representative at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for answering daily customer correspondence through voice and non-voice methods such as telephone, email, and chat. Providing order assistance and product information in a professional and efficient manner will be a key part of your role. You will work in a blended process of both Inbound and Outbound, offering knowledgeable answers to questions, handling customer complaints and escalations, and providing solutions for basic problems within specified time limits. Engaging with customer requirements effectively is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Answer daily customer correspondence through voice and non-voice methods - Provide order assistance and product information professionally - Work in a blended process of Inbound and Outbound - Handle customer complaints and escalations - Provide solutions for basic problems within specified time limits - Engage with customer requirements effectively Qualifications Required: - Grad/Undergrad - Fresher/Experienced candidates - Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory - Experience in Collection/Customer process background is preferred - Ability to work in rotational dayshift, 6 days a week with 1 rotational off - Candidates with experience in customer care specialist, customer support representative, call center representative, etc., are encouraged to apply Note: Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Bangalore, Karnataka, is required for this position.
