Job Description
- As a Techno Functional Support Analyst specializing in Fusion Suite of HCM products, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service support, incident tracking, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex and critical cases. Your key skills will include high-level techno-functional expertise, Oracle product knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and customer service proficiency. You will work closely with both Cloud and On-Premise customers, performing tasks such as: - Providing advice on complex usage of Oracle products - Resolving highly intricate and mission-critical issues - Managing critical customer incidents effectively - Acting as a Situation Manager for sensitive problems - Collaborating with management to direct critical issue resolutions - Sharing knowledge with teammates through formal training sessions and mentoring - Creating and reviewing Knowledge Articles Qualifications: Must-Have Skills: - 8 to 10+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, or upgrading SaaS HCM suite of products, with at least 1 implementation on SaaS HCM Products like Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Extracts, HDL Loader, Workflow, BI Publisher, and knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud. - Hands-on experience with L1/L2/L3 level support, functional/product knowledge, and technical expertise - Ability to interpret software Log and Trace files to identify and resolve issues - Conducting functional testing as per business requirements with appropriate test scripts - Proficiency in troubleshooting, data analysis, and conducting training sessions Nice-to-Have Skills: - Configuration experience with tools like HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Workflow, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, Personalization, PL/SQL - Knowledge of Fusion Cloud architecture, setup manager, activities, FBDI, and OTBI reports development - Familiarity with external data integration services, localizations, and Security setup - Experience in XML, Java, J2EE, Oracle ADF, SOA, Web Services, and other related areas - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to innovate processes for delivering solutions effectively - Continuous learning to stay updated on emerging business and technology trends Additionally, you should possess: - B.E/ B.Tech (Computer Science) or equivalent academic qualifications preferred - Experience in Managed Services, Client Relationship Management, Offshore Delivery Management, Project/Program Management, and contributions to Business & Revenue Growth - Excellent communication skills, teamwork capabilities, willingness to learn new technologies, and adaptability to work in rotational shifts - Strong leadership skills to manage teams and support SLAs for EBS and Cloud/SaaS customers Your career level for this role is defined as IC4.,
