Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Manager-Supply Chain Management at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivery accuracy within the supply chain. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing current and past delivery performance to identify errors, understand their causes, and develop actionable plans to minimize errors. - Utilizing data mining, analytics, and business judgement to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex supply chain issues. - Proactively assessing supplier performance, identifying key suppliers for engagement, and enhancing processes to improve the accuracy of delivery information provided to customers. - Collaborating with suppliers and procurement teams to resolve On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery issues and ensure the accuracy of information received from suppliers. - Monitoring the accuracy of information from suppliers and implementing corrective measures as needed. - Driving process automation and simplification in alignment with the company's Continuous Improvement (CI) philosophy through cooperative work stream planning. Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - Graduation in any discipline with a strong academic background. - Proficiency in Angular & Python. - Good understanding of UI frameworks, jQuery, and JavaScript. - Demonstrated experience in analyzing UI frameworks, identifying patterns, and devising actionable plans. Preferred qualifications: - Tech-savvy individual with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships. - Capable of challenging the status quo, driving high performance, and possessing collaborative and influencing abilities. - Competence in operating within a global organization, showcasing cultural awareness. - Advocate for diversity and inclusivity. - Team player with expertise in process automation through CI methodology and cooperative work stream planning. - Understanding of AWS and Data Engineering concepts would be beneficial. - Sound commercial acumen with a keen awareness of internal and external global market trends.,
