Role & responsibilities
Responsible for recruiting direct manpower as per plan/ target provided; Use right mix of sourcing channels (walk-in, drives, e-recruitment etc.) to enable hiring at right time, cost and quality;
Participate, track progress and effectiveness of each hiring event under purview; Monitor and track selected candidates to ensure they reach training centers; Ensure compliance of all guidelines and regulations in the direct hiring process
Work with a team of Field Recruiters and Tele callers to achieve the desired results.
