 Good communication skills (Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam)

 Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and take rotational week-offs

• Address queries, complaints, and service requests
• Document customer interactions and details accurately
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to internal standards and guidelines for call handling
