Job Description

    As a Senior Process Executive specializing in Order Management at Infosys BPM Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of orders, ensuring high quality, customer satisfaction, and zero escalations. Your role will involve handling customer queries efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and engaging with cross-functional teams for seamless order processing. Additionally, you will be expected to identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and work across various shifts for operational support. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Order Lifecycle Management:** Handle order entry, modifications, holds management, and deal renewals. - **Customer Interaction:** Efficiently address customer queries and concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels. - **Escalation Management:** Proactively resolve issues to prevent escalations and maintain seamless communication. - **Quality Focus:** Ensure all transactions meet quality standards with zero defects and policy adherence. - **Invoicing and Billing:** Ensure accurate and timely billing for orders with meticulous attention to detail. - **Stakeholder Communication:** Engage with cross-functional teams for smooth order processing and issue resolution. - **Process Compliance:** Adhere to internal processes, quality guidelines, and SLAs to ensure compliance. - **System Utilization:** Work with ERP and CRM systems along with MS Office applications for order management. - **Continuous Improvement:** Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and customer experience enhancement. - **Shift Flexibility:** Be adaptable to working across various shifts for 24/7 operational support. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Any Graduate/Postgraduate; certification in Supply Chain Management is a plus. - **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes in a BPM environment. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in ERP/CRM tools, MS Office applications, and strong problem-solving abilities. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. - **Customer Focus:** Ability to handle complex queries with a customer-first attitude. - **Attention to Detail:** Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy and compliance in order management. - **Shift Requirements:** Flexibility to work in various shifts, including night shifts, with 100% work-from-office arrangement. In this role, you will be expected to maintain high-quality metrics, avoid escalations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely query resolution and proactive communication.,
