Job Description
- As a Management Trainee in the Operations Management department at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in administering customer quotations and contracts, processing sales orders, and providing essential sales order support. Your responsibilities will include: - Administration of customer quotations and contracts, including changes, modifications, creations, and coordination for closure. - Sales order processing, such as creating sale orders based on process requirements like packed goods, bulk orders, FOC, and handling express sales orders. - Creating sales orders with Letter of Credit (L/C) requirements. - Monitoring orders for rejections, modifications, and resolving block orders. - Providing sales order support by handling complaints, creating consignment billing, returns, and pick up as per the process. - Offering customer support by supervising assigned orders daily and validating exceptions. Qualifications Required: - Experience with SAP ERP. - Proficiency in Excel, including familiarity with formulas, filters, lookups, pivot tables, etc. - Skills in customer focus, listening, attention to detail, data entry, documentation, and the ability to multitask. - Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Graduate. Preferred Qualifications: - Preferred: Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration.
