    Job Summary

    We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals for the position of International Voice Process Executive. This role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls to customers across international markets, primarily in English-speaking countries such as the US, UK, Canada, or Australia. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts aligned with international time zones.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Handle incoming calls from customers or clients.
    Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and friendly manner.
    Provide information about products, services, or processes.
    Responsible for clients, handling queries, appropriate assistance
    Patience when handling tough cases.
    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
    Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and Em-pathetically.
    Following up with customers for any further information.
    Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools.

    Key skills required:

    * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
       excellent communications skills.
    * Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills good interpersonal skills
    * Ability to handle pressure ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    Eligibility:

    > Immediate Joiners only
    > Minimum 1year Experience in International Voice Process
    > Fluency in English Communication
    > Should be flexible with Rotational shifts
    > Only International Voice process experience preferred
