Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment specifically for hotels, fine dining, or casual dining restaurants QSR experience will not be considered.
The recruiter will play a key role in sourcing and hiring talent across front-of-house (service, guest relations), back-of-house (kitchen, culinary), housekeeping, and management profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment for hotel/restaurant-based roles (chefs, captains, stewards, front office, etc.)
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews
- Coordinate interviews with Respective team or Respective Heads
- Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment MIS
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Build a strong talent pool for current and future openings
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment Preferably in Hospitality Background. ( Restaurants or Hotels)
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment tools
