Job Description
- As a Lead Consultant - Business Analyst at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in understanding and articulating business problems, as well as developing solutions that address these issues. You will need to possess strong SQL skills and be the overall lead, with exposure to ETL being an added advantage to facilitate effective communication between the Business and Technical teams. Your responsibilities will include breaking down complex data into actionable insights, translating requirements into various documents like BRD, FRD, and MDD, and conducting business and data analysis to support production applications. - Create data mappings, flow diagrams, structure charts, and other representations to ensure smooth data movement and analytics. - Collaborate with the business user community and QA teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing, develop test cases, and ensure the successful execution of UAT test scripts. - Work closely with offshore and onsite team members to fulfill BA responsibilities from project initiation to post-implementation, managing changes to requirements through a change control process. The qualifications we are seeking in a candidate include: - Btech degree - Solid experience in solution design or business systems analysis - Previous project management experience - Thorough understanding of cloud services and architectures - Proven experience in business architecture - Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and leadership qualities Preferred qualifications/skills: - Ability to collaborate with business and technology partners - Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting business processes - Experience in authoring FRDs and BRDs - Good communication skills If you have the ability to break down complex problems, explain domain concepts to Developers, and automate data processes, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, you could be the ideal candidate for this role.
