Were Hiring Manager / Senior Manager International Sales (Europe)

Location: Kolkata (Head Office)

Experience: Minimum 10 years | Industry: FMCG / Tea Export

Madhu Jayanti International Pvt. Ltd., one of Indias leading tea exporters with globally loved brands. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to drive our growth across European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage European market sales, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin goals.
• Build and expand Private Label business with top European retailers and distributors.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships and drive new business opportunities.
• Travel frequently to Europe for business meetings, trade fairs, and client engagement.

Who Were Looking For:

• 10+ years of international FMCG sales experience (Europe focus preferred)
• Strong background in Private Label & Retail/Distributor management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Prior experience in Tea/Beverage category will be an added advantage
