Location - Pune & Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage attendance, leaves, and other HR operations for employees.
- Handle grievances and exit formalities in a timely manner.
- Ensure smooth vendor coordination for joining formalities and time office management.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance.
- Provide support to the team on various HR-related tasks as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in Attendance Management, Grievance Handling, Joining Formalities, Time Office Management, Vendor Coordination, and Exit Formalities.
- MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization).
- Strong understanding of HR Operations principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
