Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple BPO processes, ensuring adherence to client SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and associates to achieve productivity and performance goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor daily operations and review key performance metrics to ensure optimal process performance.
• Drive operational excellence through automation, process reengineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
