Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple BPO processes, ensuring adherence to client SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
Manage and mentor a team of Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and associates to achieve productivity and performance goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily operations and review key performance metrics to ensure optimal process performance.
Drive operational excellence through automation, process reengineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
