Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of service delivery, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Oversee client management, including building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure seamless escalation management by identifying potential issues early on and implementing corrective actions to prevent delays or disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in IT service delivery processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in Service Delivery Management (SDMs) or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of Client Management principles and practices.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with ability to build trust with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SAP BI/HANA or other relevant technologies.
