We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with proven experience in contract staffing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for contract-based roles across a variety of technologies and domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT contract positions.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate rates and close candidates within client budget expectations.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
- Understand client requirements and ensure quick turnaround with quality profiles.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a strong focus on contract staffing.
- Experience in sourcing through portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and current market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
