About the Role


The Corporate Team Lead Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters to manage end-to-end hiring across corporate functions. This includes partnering with business leaders, driving recruitment strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent within defined SLAs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring targets for corporate roles (HR, Finance, Quality, Training, Operations, and WFM).
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering, sourcing, and screening to offer rollout.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing plans.
  • Maintain and track daily hiring activities through dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct weekly business reviews and ensure data accuracy in trackers and ATS.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
  • Mentor and coach recruiters on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and stakeholder management.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth joining experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, including 1+ years in a lead role managing a team.
  • Proven success in corporate hiring across HR, Finance, Training, Quality, and Operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, recruitment dashboards, and ATS tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and speed.
