Maintain project trackers and support monitoring of ongoing Oracle HCM initiatives.
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly project updates and decks for leadership.
Support testing of new functionalities, enhancements, and Oracle quarterly releases.
Participate in UAT execution and provide functional feedback.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Act as the first point of contact for HR teams for day-to-day Oracle HCM issues.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and vendors for resolving system queries and data-related issues.
Provide functional support in requirement documentation and BRD evaluations.
System Operations & Governance
Manage user provisioning, including enabling/disabling accounts and resolving locked accounts.
Handle access governance including password resets, role/AOR modifications, and access tracking.
Support governance by auditing roles, access, and permissions for compliance.
Document and update SOPs, checklists, and process guides as needed.
Required skills and knowledge:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Human Resources.
Overall 3+ years and 1-2 years of hands-on experience in HR Technology operations, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud.
Good understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance.
Experience in HDL, data load activities, and role/permission management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
