Job Title: Area Revenue Head OYO (Field Role)

Location: Chandigarh
CTC: Up to 14 LPA (including PLI)
Work Mode: Field Role | MonSat

About the Role

We are hiring an Area Revenue Head to lead a team of Revenue Leads/Relationship Managers and drive revenue growth for partner hotels in the assigned territory. The role focuses on occupancy improvement, sellable room availability, partner management and on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & manage Revenue Leads / Relationship Managers
  
• Drive occupancy, revenue & sellable room availability
  
• Ensure collections & resolve billing issues
  
• Track monthly sales performance & targets
  
• Build strong partner relations and reduce churn
  
• Improve guest experience & property standards
  
• Cross-team coordination to resolve operational issues
  

Required Skills

• 78 years of Sales & Operations experience
  
• 3+ years of team management experience
  
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
  
• Good with Excel / App / reporting
  
• Hospitality experience is a plus
  
• Comfortable with daily field travel
