Region: West & South ( Ready To Relocate )
Work Mode: Field + On-Ground Deal Closures


About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Head with strong expertise in hotel & property acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our portfolio by identifying, evaluating, and closing new business opportunities in key markets. This role requires excellent commercial understanding, strong industry relationships, and the ability to drive profitable growth.]


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end hotel/property acquisition from sourcing to final closure
  • Build strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, and investors
  • Create and execute expansion strategies aligned to business growth targets
  • Conduct feasibility assessments, financial evaluations & commercial due-diligence
  • Negotiate and finalize commercials, management contracts & revenue-share agreements
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Projects & Operations for seamless onboarding
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity & emerging business opportunities
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows & networking forums

Requirements


  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in hospitality: business development / acquisitions / expansion
  • Proven track record of closing large-value deals and driving portfolio growth
  • Strong communication, commercial negotiation & relationship management skills
  • Ability to travel across regions and manage multiple high-impact deals
