  • Utilize healthcare product knowledge to optimize billing systems and enhance revenue cycle management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall financial performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to accounts receivable and revenue cycle management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for improving cash flow and reducing days sales outstanding.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all accounts receivable activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Implement best practices in accounts receivable management to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve billing and collections processes.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
