Job Description

    You will be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation in the project excellence office as a PMO Professional at Siemens. Your role involves shaping and refining PMO processes to ensure they are proactive, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. If you are passionate about process optimization and looking to make a significant impact, this opportunity is perfect for you. **Role Overview:** - Develop and implement standardized PMO processes and procedures in line with **@Si****s. - Ensure processes align with industry best practices and organizational objectives. - Stay updated with the latest trends in project management and share best practices with the team. - Take full ownership of end-to-end project management tool architecture. - Create comprehensive documentation for all PMO processes following the **@Si****s Framework. - Maintain up-to-date process manuals and guidelines. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with PMO processes. - Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with site PMO teams to implement enhancement actions. - Establish improved change management processes across the PMO function. - Conduct training sessions for Project Managers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Bachelors degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. - PMP or similar project management certification preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and process improvement roles. - Proven experience in designing and implementing PMO processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - EPC project work experiences preferred.
