Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile :Male candidates only

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for BPO requirements (Voice, Non-Voice, Chat, Email, Blended, and Technical Support).
  
• Conduct bulk/volume hiring to meet large-scale manpower requirements within strict timelines.
  
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate communication skills, qualification, and job suitability.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
  
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing business needs.
  
• Manage walk-in drives, job fairs, and mass recruitment campaigns for fresher and experienced roles.
  
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly hiring progress to HR leadership.
  
• Handle offer roll-outs, salary negotiation, and ensure joining formalities are completed on time.
