Job Description

  • Strategic HR Leadership
    Define and execute the global HR strategy aligned with Zycus business objectives.
    Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Talent Management & Development
    Build programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent and future leaders.
    Establish robust succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
    Drive continuous learning and skill development leveraging digital learning solutions.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
    Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion.
    Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across global teams.
    Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring Zycus is an employer of choice.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    Oversee global HR operations including payroll, compliance, benefits, and employee relations.
    Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment practices across regions.
    Implement HR technology and analytics to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Compensation & Benefits
    Design competitive compensation structures that drive performance and retention.
    Continuously benchmark and update employee benefits to attract and retain top talent.
  • Change Management
    Lead HR transformation initiatives to align with evolving business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role in a global SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong track record in building and scaling HR functions in high-growth environments.
  • Experience in global workforce management across multiple geographies (US, Europe, APAC).
  • Deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational design.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employment regulations across multiple countries.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on when needed.
