Job Description

Position : Officer - HR / Sr. Officer - HR

Experience : 1-4 years

Education : MBA HR / MSW HR (passed out 2024-2025_Fresher)

Location : Adilabad & Hyderabad

Responsibilities :

- A Store HR is a single point of contact for the entire Store HR Operations.

- Store level Recruitment coordination.

- Monthly attendance and leave records management.

- Salary disbursement coordination.

- Validation of 3P bills.

- Drive HR initiatives.

- End to End HR Generalist activities like Time office Management, Employee Grievances, Payroll etc.,

- Business HR Partner for Stores.

- Handling approx. 250 associated which includes on-roll and Contractual.
