AVEVA is looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding and offboarding
Support HR processes and ensure accurate employee data management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless people operations
Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution

Required Skills & Behaviour

Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow is desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English is mandatory)

Experience Required

4 to 7 years of experience in People Operations / HR Operations
Hands-on experience managing the full employment lifecycle
