Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and support motor insurance agents.
• Train agents on products and help them generate business.
• Assist in policy issuance, renewals, and customer queries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through agent network.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and customers.
• Field visits required.
