As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support hiring efforts across multiple disciplines and levels, translating business needs into effective recruiting strategies.You are a highly confident, results focused recruiter comfortable operating with a ton of ownership and accountability. You re highly communicative, proactive and solutions focused - we all know searches can get difficult, but this person doesn t just talk about challenges, they find a way to drive results. Youll collaborate closely with hiring managers to align talent priorities with hiring goals, ensuring the best possible hiring outcomes. In addition, youll leverage the support and mentorship of other members of the Talent Acquisition team, amplifying your growth, impact and contributing to our collective success.
In this role, you will:
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly KPIs, including hires, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates, to ensure recruiting efforts directly contribute to business success
Execute with urgency and intentionality to deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders
Use data and market analysis to educate the business on talent landscape trends, enabling better planning and positioning for success
Play a critical role in evolving and scaling Rapid7 s hiring processes to support our global growth
Proactively identify inefficiencies or gaps in the hiring process and propose thoughtful, scalable solutions to improve results
The skills you ll bring include:
You have 1-3 years of recruiting experience across the agency or corporate world (ideally both)
Youre comfortable managing complex searches for
You are comfortable dealing with internal stakeholders - from the most senior to new managers - helping coach them through the hiring process
Highly organized and pays attention to the details while managing a high volume desk
