Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Account Management:
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve client retention and growth goals.
- Monitor account performance and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to enhance service quality.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates
Preferred candidate profile:
- 8+ years of professional experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in client handling and account management.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment best practices.
- Experience in team management and leadership.
